Printing And Accessing the Copiers

  1. When you go to print, make sure you have “Secure Print” selected as your printer. If you don’t see it in the initial drop down list, select “See more”, it should be in there.



  2. Once you Pressed the Print button, the job should now have been sent to the server.
    Go to your nearest copier!

  3. Select “Secure Print”


  4. When you see this, use your Staff ID Badge with the scanner located on the copier.



  5. You should now be asked to enter your PIN, this will be the only and last time you’ll need your PIN from the uniFlow email that was sent to you.


  6. Once you see the queue, you are good to go! You now no longer need your PIN, it will only ask for your Badge to scan.


    1. While you’re on this screen, you should also check out the Cloud option in the bottom right.

    2. Once you press it and select “Google Drive”, it will send you an email for you to authorize Cloud access to your Google Drive, so then you may print directly from your Drive folders and Shared Folders.
    3. Likewise, if you go back to the Home screen, and select Scan instead


    4. You can scan documents directly to your drive, or have it email yourself. (If you were not already logged in with your badge, this will ask for your badge like Secure Print will.)
